About
I’m Dr. Elizabeth Draper. Educator, leadership consultant, and founder of Turner Creative, a consulting practice devoted to transforming the way people lead and connect. For more than a decade, I worked in higher education, leading teams and developing programs designed to strengthen collaboration between career centers, advisors, faculty, and senior leadership. I learned that the most effective organizations aren’t built on policies—they’re built on people.
And yes, I really do have a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Education: Community Counseling focus, am a certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, and can understand more languages than I can speak.
Like many women leaders, I chased excellence while quietly carrying exhaustion. I spent years striving for excellence while quietly battling exhaustion. I checked every box, earned every credential, and met every benchmark, yet often felt detached from joy and alignment. I achieved every goal, but often felt disconnected from fulfillment. My turning point came when I realized that success without connection isn’t sustainable, and that real leadership is relational.
That insight became the foundation for Turner Creative: a space where evidence-based strategy meets human-centered leadership development: a space where professional success and personal fulfillment learn to coexist.

Mission
At Turner Creative, my mission is to empower changemakers and women in leadership to lead with intention, strengthen relationships, and drive meaningful transformation.
Using research-backed frameworks and practical coaching tools, I help leaders align who they are with how they lead—so they can create cultures of trust, collaboration, and innovation.

Vision
I envision a world where women are fully equipped to recognize their value, navigate the complexities of bias, and articulate what they see and experience with clarity and confidence. A world where they possess not only the skills to overcome barriers to advancement—but also the courage to thrive, lead, and own their power without waiting for permission.
Through Turner Creative, my hope is to help make that world a reality—to create a future where female leadership is normalized, and where workplaces become more equitable, inspired, and human because of it.
