Cancellation Policy
At Turner Creative, LLC., we understand that life can be unpredictable. Our goal is to support your growth while also honoring the time and energy invested in each coaching session. To keep things fair and respectful for both you and your coach, please review the following policy: Rescheduling: We know schedules can change! You’re welcome to reschedule a session up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty at all. Simply choose a new time within your current coaching program, or we’ll find a date that works for both of us. Cancellations within 24 Hours: Because we reserve your session time exclusively for you, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of that session. Unfortunately, refunds or credits cannot be issued in these cases. Coach Rescheduling: If Turner Creative ever needs to adjust a session time, we’ll provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find a convenient alternative. Your time and progress are always our priority. Program Cancellations or Refunds: Coaching programs are designed to be transformative experiences, and we commit fully to your growth from day one. For that reason, once a program begins, refunds are not available. However, if you encounter unexpected circumstances, please reach out. Together, we can explore options such as pausing or rescheduling your program. By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agreed to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to making the most of our time together.
