My Dual Mission
At Turner Creative, we believe that meaningful change begins with strong, human-centered relationships. Our mission reflects this commitment in two distinct, yet deeply aligned, areas:
Â
For Higher Education Leaders & Organizations
We empower institutions and their leaders to navigate complex change through relational leadership, strategy, and systems thinking—building cultures of trust, collaboration, and measurable growth.
Â
Â
For Homeschooling Families & 2E Learners
We support parents and caregivers in creating personalized, strengths-based learning environments for twice-exceptional and neurodiverse children—helping families thrive through structure, empathy, and educational confidence.
Â
Â
Together, these missions reflect our belief that transformation—in any system—starts with the people at its heart.
Â
Life does not get better by chance, it gets better by intentional change.
Â
At Turner Creative, I help people lead and learn through complexity—whether they’re guiding teams through organizational change or supporting a twice-exceptional child through a custom learning journey.
With over a decade of experience in higher education, I’ve served as a career counselor, academic advisor, and executive leader focused on student success. I hold a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Arts in Education: Counseling emphasis. My work has centered on cultivating high-trust relationships, guiding strategic change, supporting the professional development of educators and administrators, and helping women reach new heights in their own professional journeys.
In recent years, my professional expertise has expanded into the personal realm. Much like you, I was told that when my two little kiddos reached school age, that work life would become much easier. However, I quickly learned what it was like to navigate a public school system not resourced for the twice-exceptional learner and chose to take a braver path. Now, as a homeschooling parent to two twice-exceptional kiddos, I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges—and possibilities—of designing systems that honor neurodiversity, creativity, and emotional complexity: a learning lesson that has extended into the organizations and clients for whom I consult. That experience has deepened my conviction that meaningful change always begins with relationships and intentional strategy designed for the complexity of your audience.
Turner Creative now exists at the intersection of leadership, learning, and family systems. Through organizational coaching, curriculum consulting, and parent support, I work with higher education leaders, middle managers, 2E families, and new homeschoolers to build structures that support clarity, growth, and human connection.
Whether you're leading a department or educating a brilliant, complex child at home, you're navigating change that matters. Let’s move forward—together.
